I’m a laid-back animal&nature lover who recently returned to Tucson from Sacramento to be closer to my Grandtwins. I’m currently writing a novel, accepting substitute teaching jobs per diem and Always pay my rent first and on time! I am un-intrusive, enjoy peace&quiet but accept/respect the occasional party. I don’t smoke cannabis, I rarely drink alcohol, am a vegetarian but willing taste-tester of anything not prepared by me 😂 . I have no problem rooming with people who do use cannabis, alcohol unless it adversely effects the living environment. I’m a private, quiet, positive gal & lead with my humor in both social situations& life in general, which is a great coping mechanism. I understand that every person is unique. I do not discriminate against anybody, have a low tolerance for those who do judge/discriminate, & generally tend to get along well with men, women&furry or feathered friends. I’m looking for a clean, peaceful place to live where mutual respect&consideration are paramount. There are times when I am home more often than not (this will change once I return to teaching in the classroom).. A situation in which somebody travels and has need for a home/pet-sitter (hold a degree in veterinary science and adore animals as well as children) or a parent in need of childcare/tutoring in exchange for rental reduction could be a win-win. I am flexible depending on situation. I’m looking for a place ASAP but most importantly seek a living situation where roommates feels safe, respected, comfortable&happy.😊 I look forward to hearing from anyone who believes I may be a good fit!
