I am Alan Sorensen Agnew. I am a Christian, conservative, and gun-friendly single straight white male with no girlfriend, and I do not have any pets. People say that I have a good spirit, that I work hard, that I learn quickly, and that I am honest. I am sober. I do not drink, smoke, nor do drugs. I do not watch TV nor do I disturb others with my music. As for parties, I do not host them and I do not go to them. As for guests, I’ve only had one in the past year (and I do not expect to have any at this time).

You’d find me preferable as a roommate because I like living in a quiet space. I also love keeping common areas clean because it is a respectful thing to do. I’ve also adhered to a landlord’s cleaning schedule for his property so that I would clean the bathroom or floors every two weeks. I liked that. It was clean for everyone. I love following rules to keep the house in order. Thus, I should be a good fit for you.

I keep to myself most of the time. As for how I behave with housemates, let me give examples: I do not leave dishes in the sink. I clean up messes I make in the kitchen ASAP. I remove lint after using the dryer. I wipe down the bathtub after taking a shower. In fact, at my current rental, I have been the only one to take the trash to the curb, and I have often been the one who changed the trash bags. If someone acts rudely to me, I take it with thankfulness and consider if I have done that person wrong. When I saw that the toilet was running, I fixed it. When I saw the flooring was dangerous on the stairs, I fixed it with duct tape. When I noticed a door to the kitchen was open at 6 AM, I shut it because I knew that cooking would disturb his sleep.

I have a job as a construction laborer in South Seattle. Moreover, I want to be a carpenter, so I have been spending time watching YouTube, taking notes, and asking questions.
