Hi there,
I am a 50 yo quiet F professional with a house in Philadelphia but in need of a room in the DC area for work. I work M-Th, 10 hrs a day and spend about 2 weekends (F-Sun) a month in Philly, sometimes more. I also do pet sitting/boarding so dogs/cats would need to be allowed. Of course I wouldn’t expect a roommate to participate in having to take care of them.
