Hi! I’m Victor, a 31-year-old urban planner and graduate student at USC Annenberg. I work remotely and am looking for a private room or house share in Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, or nearby neighborhoods.

I’m clean, responsible, LGBTQ-friendly, and financially stable. I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, coffee shops, fitness, and exploring Los Angeles. I’m social and enjoy spending time with roommates, but I also respect personal space and quiet time.

My budget is approximately $1,100–$1,500 per month, depending on the setup. Ideally, I’d love a welcoming household with other professionals or grad students.
