I need a place to live for one to three or four months. My plan is to purchase a home in either Denton or Gainesville, so I can retire near family. I currently live in New Mexico, and it has been hard to house shop remotely. After finding a house to buy, I will give a 30 Day Notice to anyone who rents a room to me, before moving out. I have been a homeowner and have rented property to others. I recently retired as a non-profit sector attorney. I do not have pet, I am clean, do not do drugs, or smoke. I exercise regularly. I plan to leave most.of my stuff in storage while renting a room.
