My name is Drew. I am a 52-year-old technology executive currently in transition between leadership roles and am seeking a quiet furnished room or private living space in the McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Plano, or The Colony area for approximately 30 to 90 days while I complete my executive job search.

I am a non-smoker, have a clean background, no criminal history, and have been a homeowner myself for more than 12 years. I previously maintained and cared for an $850,000 home and understand the importance of respecting someone else’s property, privacy, and household routines.

I am financially responsible, quiet, professional, and spend most of my time networking, interviewing, and pursuing new career opportunities. I have two daughters, am well-established professionally, and am simply looking for a comfortable, stable place to stay during this transition.

I also have extensive experience with home maintenance and repairs, including electrical work, plumbing, general handyman projects, technology support, landscaping, and property upkeep. I would be happy to assist with projects around the home if helpful.

I have a well-behaved senior dog (9 1/2 years old) and would ideally like a dog-friendly environment. References are available upon request.
