About Me & Location: I am a quiet, organized, and responsible professional looking for a long-term, stable room to rent (ideally for years). I currently live in Garden Grove, work in Santa Ana, and my son lives in Anaheim. Therefore, I am looking for a place within or near these three areas (Garden Grove, Santa Ana, or Anaheim) as it keeps me perfectly close to both my job and my son. ​I work a flexible afternoon/evening shift, typically leaving around 2:30 or 3:00 PM and returning late at night (around 2:00 or 3:00 AM). I am always very mindful and quiet when returning late. I am a non-smoker, don’t have pets (though I am pet-friendly), and maintain a clean, clutter-free environment. ​What I am Looking For: I am specifically looking for a spacious room with a private bathroom and a private entrance (such as an attached studio, ADU, or an independent in-law suite). I highly value an independent living setup where I can enjoy my private time, watch TV at a normal volume, or cook occasionally without disturbing anyone. A safe parking space for my car is important. An outdoor area with a grill would be a fantastic bonus! ​Guest & Living Dynamics: I am looking for a respectful, quiet, and independent dynamic. My relationship with the landlord is straightforward: I pay my rent reliably and on time every month, and I appreciate a private environment. My son will stay over with me on weekends, and I may occasionally have a friend or two visit during the weekend.
