I am a respectful tenant looking to rent from a private owner. I am currently pregnant and also have a 5 year old daughter, who will live with me. I tend to keep to myself since I am a Netflix junkie. I clean up after myself and pay my bills on time or earlier. I am currently in the military and have been since ’13; so I will have a steady income to pay my rent/utilities. My daughter would like a cat but if that is not okay with you it is not a deal breaker.
