Jessica & Thorin - Husband

Thorin (husband) & I are very quiet, clean, and safe. We work in the Medical / Universal Food Service Industry, feeding the masses. We’re fair and keep love at the center of everything. We’re transparent, always. We do have a very sweet, older, quiet, short haired tabby cat who sleeps her life away, haha! My husband smokes cigarettes, but is perfectly comfortable doing so outside of course. We don’t always cook at home, because we cook all day. We love cooking for others and will always communicate openly when we are cooking for everyone!

We’re wanting to move to downtown or near downtown Lake Charles, LA. Laundry on site or in unit would be great! Cat friendly. We are looking for a temporary situation ranging from about 3-6 months as we transition into living there full-time. We’re open to extending a bit if everything and everyone is completely comfortable and would benefit from saving money a bit longer! We’d like to keep a team sort of attitude, where everyone meets the goals we’re going in with ideally.

In a situation where a person is renting us a space, we will have the utmost respect for the space and things you’ve worked hard for. We are happy to follow rules you have set for your property. We are, as I said, very transparent. We will be grateful, respectful, and quiet. We usually keep to ourselves when we’re not at work, but we’re happy to help out with anything you may need help with when we’re available. That of course goes for any situation, roomie or renter!
