Hi! I work full-time Monday through Friday and usually spend my evenings at the gym, so I am out of the house most of the time on weekdays. On weekends I’m usually out doing something, but I do enjoy spending time at home bed rotting occasionally.

I’m looking for a calm, quiet living environment with someone respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I enjoy being friendly and social at home, but I also value personal space and downtime.

I’d prefer to live with a woman, though I’m open to live with a male under the right circumstances. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t frequently drink/smoke, no pets, and no criminal history.
