I’m moving to Cookeville for a welding/fabrication job and looking for a clean, quiet room while I get settled. I’m respectful, easygoing, and pretty independent. I don’t party, I keep common areas clean, and I’m usually focused on work, riding, hiking, or keeping up with errands.

I’m looking for a stable place with normal parking for one vehicle, ideally month-to-month or short term at first. I’m fine with a quiet household, early work schedules, pets, and roommates who mostly keep to themselves. I can provide proof of work/income and would like to see the place in person before moving forward.
