Hello, I am Rodney, a easy going special needs educator and sports referee for over 15 years. My likes are television and film(mainly comedies), sports, history, liberal arts and creative writing. I am not home most daytime hours during the week due to my occupations. I am way past my party years(42 years old). I may have a friend or two over, but will not be partying, nor having hangouts or late night kick its. I do own a small 5 year old Chihuahua dog named cookie, whom is use to staying home alone, she is well trained. I am willing to pay a roommate to walk her if they would like. I do not mind scheduling house chores and bills. I also have reliable transportation and also don’t mind giving a roommate a ride on occasion. I am the type of person you could definitely put on your emergency contacts at work and bring around, family, friends and co workers if the situation were to arise. I am mainly looking to lease a room to save money, while building my financial security and wealth in a peaceful, kind, responsible, pet friendly environment.
