I am a 23 year old transwoman who is looking to move away from living with my family into the Raleigh area to actually feel more like an adult. I have graduated university, and previously lived in an apartment for my senior year so having roommates is something I am used to.

I am social, love to make new friends, easy to get along with, but can also respect peoples privacy time when they just need a little break. I like to go out in casual manners such as going out and having coffee with friends, or enjoying the beautiful weather on a walk or at a park, but also enjoy spending time at home watching movies, playing games with friends and just overall relaxing.

I gladly help around the house with cleaning, such as dishes, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming, etc. I know how to cook some things in the kitchen and how to not set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night, and would love to cook together with a roommate to make that a fun together activity.

I don’t have any pets that I would be bringing with me, but I do love animals and would be happy to live with a dog/cat or potentially adopt one later after settling somewhere.

I am a traveling engineer for work but also has the opportunity to work from home, so when I’m home at certain times could change, but I usually know my weekly schedule like where ill be and will gladly share that information with my roommates.

My budget is around $800/mo including utilities.
