I’m a working adult with two steady jobs, so I’m usually either working or keeping to myself when I’m home. I’m looking for a calm, stable place to rent while I get settled into my next chapter.

I’m respectful of shared spaces, privacy, noise, and house rules. I’m not a party person, don’t bring drama, and I’m good with clear communication about expectations. I’m mostly looking for a clean, peaceful living situation where everyone can do their own thing and feel comfortable at home.

I have proof of income, decent credit, and can move fairly quickly if it’s the right fit. I’m looking for a room with kitchen/laundry access and a reasonable month-to-month or short-term lease arrangement.
