Mature drama-free housemate in your 50s or 60s would be great, but temperament is more important than age. Single story preferred but not a dealbreaker. Inside laundry. Community pool a plus. Laguna Woods, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Tustin, Orange Park Acres would all be wonderful locations, but I’m open to any safe OC neighborhood in a pretty area with a mature, well-matched, responsible roommate.
