I’m very respectful of my roommates time, and space. im extremely quiet and I mostly stay out of the way. Ill be gone until 9pm most days, because I work 12pm - 9pm. I dont invite a bunch of people over. at most it would be 1 person. I have no pets, or will be getting a pet anytime soon. I am clean, I dont leave stuff out and all over

I make 2739 a month and can cover the rent or any additional fees. I just need a place to stay for a while to get back on my feet.
