I’m Angie I’ve lived with roommates for the past couple of years, and have been pretty successful for most of it! I’m pretty quiet, stick to myself and am very reliable when it comes to bills.

I need an en-suite bathroom and garage parking space (i have a tesla and my own charger) I am ONLY looking for a place in northwest summerlin (as far desert shores area), southwest summerlin (as far down as the durango casino area and spring valley (specific the area in the zipcode 89108)!!!

NO I WILL NOT GO ANY FURTHER THEN THOSE DESIGNATED !!! (No I do not want to live in enterprise, henderson, cenntential hills, north las vegas, southerhills etc.)

Having guests over is a non-negotiable for me (not a party person or at home very often but would like the ability to bring a friend by and watch a movie) especially since I am seeing someone serious!

I am looking for a flat rate fee meaning, I just want to pay base rent with utilities included.

I am a receptionist with my family’s transportation company and am also enrolled in medical assistant certification course , I spend my time at the gym, library, working, with family etc.

I am very easy going but very introvert would like to have privacy!
