Hi I’m Sidney! Currently looking for a room for rent, or a roommate to sign a new lease with. About me: I am a 26 year old mortgage loan processor looking to extend my career path into real estate. I am originally from Michigan and I am trying to establish ground here in SoCal. I don’t really have any friends out here so I’m kind of a loner. As an introvert, I don’t really mind it, but I am up to meet a new roomie! My friends would say I am genuine in my opinions, helpful, and dependable. For fun, I tend to watch movies, window shop online for things I can’t afford, bake, and stay active. I like to spend most of my time alone and to myself. But I enjoy activities to which I am invited. I am looking for a roommate who is respectful of my shared belongings (aka kitchen/living room items), fairly reserved, and who keeps the common areas clean. I also like communicators, even if it’s just through a friendly note. I am not looking for a new bestie or anything, but just someone who can dependably pay their rent on time, doesn’t have a lot of guests over often, and understands “peace of the home.” I am friendly and respectful to all types of friendly and respectful humans. Must haves: My own bathroom and in-unit laundry. Dogs are great if they’re sweet. Cats are okay if they stay out of my bedroom. I work 5 days a week full time (M-F). Sometimes I work from home, but I mostly go into the office. It’s a desk job so there’s not a lot of noise involved.
