Hello my name is Javier Santillan im 31 and Looking to find a bigger place preferably something private just for my self and when my two boys can come and visit . it’s rough out Here with these prices And as most others we are just trying to make it . I’m clean and well groomed individual I’m single and rather stay that way so no issues with randoms showing up I work at a very respectable job at OurdailyBread in denton I currently live in a shed and well its small and well when you have company over like my two children it’s very crowded , if anyone has a decent place to privately rent out to me I can work around 500 to 700 max per month for everything including water and electric I’m not wasteful when it comes to running water and electricity the current place I’ve been at for 3 years it’s just it’s too small I have no storage space honestly I just need a foot in the door to a bigger place that’s not going to cost me an arm and a leg.
