I am quiet, no criminal record, I am tidy and clean and prefer to stay to myself. Laidback, I do have a cat and am seeking private room with private bath. I can provide personal references and can get a reference from my current landlord. I am a student as well, but currently have full time employment. I do have a bankruptcy from a couple years ago after falling on hard times. Otherwise I have clean records.
