Hello! I have enjoyed living with college roommates for 4 years, and I try my best to be a very considerate roommate. I am accustomed to cleaning up after myself in the kitchen, doing weekly chores, asking in advance before bringing any guests over, keeping noise to a minimum during the late night / early morning, etc. Also, I have worked part time for 4 years while in school, have a good credit score, and have been on a lease before so I am very financially responsible!

To address the elephant (trumpet) in the room… I have a practice mute which makes my trumpet no louder than regular talking volume, and I am looking for apartments that are near schools / facilities where I can rent practice rooms to play in instead of the apartment all of the time. I am also very willing to adhere to “quiet hours” when roommates would prefer I do not practice.

Fun facts about me: I love nature photography, I go to the gym and go on walks for fun, and I enjoy watching reality TV shows & horror movies with friends. My planner is my everything and I like to make fun, detailed google slide presentations every time I am going on a trip with people to get everyone hyped!
