Hi I am a single mother with 3 small children moving back to the California area, after have lived there in the past, I have decided to return! I am an adventurous woman, Personal Trainer, who loves to be outdoors and takes pride in living an active lifestyle with my kids. We have a small breed 1year old Lab/Terrier service dog so a yard would be a great bonus I have family in Tracey that the kids and I will visit weekly and we are open and ready to meet new people. My children all currently share a bed/bedroom with me their ages are 5, 3, and 1. No matter how hard I try I can’t seem to get them to sleep alone and I’m not complaining so space is not a problem and renting one room is desirable.
