I’m currently looking for a room to rent in the Temecula/Murrieta area, for myself and my 14y/o son. I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible adult with stable income. My son is well-behaved, and we both value a peaceful, drama-free home. I keep shared spaces tidy, respect boundaries, and am looking for a safe, quiet environment with like-minded individuals. My budget is $800–$1,200 depending on what’s included. Move in date May 1rst. A private bathroom is preferred, but I’m open to the right fit.
