Hi, I’m Joe, I am a lifelong resident of Chico. I’m looking for a room to rent or apartment to share ASAP. I work for a local landscape company. I’m respectful, drama free, lighthearted and can be goofy at times. I will pull my weight as a roommate. I will help keep the common areas clean and follow house rules. In my free time I like to cook, play video games, and watch movies. Anime and costumes are passions of mine. I’m not a big partier but like to have occasional friends over. I love all animals!
