Currently living in Iowa City but about to accept a job for the City of West Allis. I’m 31, male, single and know no one in the area. Would definitely like to find a roommate to make living a bit cheaper and hopefully make some friends with and explore the area. I am very clean, keep shared spaces spotless, cook a lot, also go to the gym 5 times a week to lift/do cardio. I like to stay in and watch tv/play pc games or go out and do stuff.

(Age of roommate isn’t a huge deal but prefer 25+ maybe)

I have lived with both male and female friends in Iowa City and have no issues, I treat everyone in the same respectful way. (I know being a female and moving in with a random guy is probably a huge issue, but would definitely be down to chat over the phone and whatnot to get to know each other) More than willing to send more pictures to verify who I am and stuff.

I have family in the Chicago/Kenosha area and my mom is in Iowa City who would occasionally visit and are awesome people.

I don’t really have issues with weed just don’t use it in the shared space or make the apartment smell like weed (hate the smell) Do not smoke or do any other drugs or want to be around either of that.

Living in the actual City limits of West Allis is what I’m looking for.
