Hello, I’m looking for a room to rent starting May 1st (but flexible) from between 500-700 everything included a month. I work in bend about 10days a month (usually 2-3 trips that are 3-4 nights) and i’m living in Klamath falls the rest of the time. After doing this comment and staying with friends or in a hotel for those trips the past 4 yrs I’ve realized finding a good room in a home would meet my needs far greater. I’m definitely wanting the right fit. I’ve been told i’m a great roommate in the past. I believe in communication, respect and follow thru. Keeping the common spaces clear and picking up after myself in those common areas. I believe its important to be respectful about noise and mindful of the other housemates schedule.
