Hi, I’m David. I am new to New York City and I’m looking for a place that feels comfortable, respectful, and easy to call home.

I’m a pretty easygoing and friendly person. I like keeping things clean and organized, staying on top of responsibilities, and making sure shared spaces feel good for everyone. I appreciate a home that’s calm and low-drama, especially with how busy NYC can be, but still feels warm and welcoming.

I’m non-binary (they/them/theirs) and part of the LGBTQ+ community, and I’m currently going through my medical transition. Because of that, being in an inclusive and respectful environment is really important to me.

I’m also a wheelchair user, so I’m looking for an accessible space and am happy to talk through what works best so everything is smooth and comfortable for everyone.

I’m pretty social and enjoy getting to know the people I live with—whether that’s casual conversation, hanging out now and then, or just sharing a positive living environment—while still respecting personal space. I’m hoping to find roommates who are kind, reliable, and easy to get along with.
