Partner (he/they, 21) and I (she/her, 19, SPED major) are looking for 2-3 quiet, neat, and responsible roommates for a 2-4 bedroom. We are open to either an apartment or house near campus.

Our maximum budget is $850/month for base rent. The two of us would be sharing a room and bathroom. We have guests (some overnight) with advance notice and would like to host the occasional party. We’re quiet, keep shared spaces clean, and will be bringing lots of furniture and dishes. We’re open to living with other couples or singles of any gender or age.
