I do all kinds of home repairs and mechanic work. I can diagnose and source parts better than any of the mechanics that trained me. I currently do bathroom and kitchen remodels as an apprentice with a general contractor in Lincoln so hoping to stay close. I currently live in Fair oaks which is a 30 - 40 minute commute with traffic. I can do maintenance and repairs to the property I’m staying to keep costs low. My biggest hurdle in finding a place is my dog. I have a 2 year old well trained and very well tempered German Shepard. I take her to the dog park often so she’s great with other dogs and loves children. She’s used to staying outside while I’m at work from roughly 8 - 5 and stays by my side otherwise.
