I’m looking to move out. My dad found a nice town house, he’ll pay half the down payment if anyone wants to rent out my second bedroom. Or we can look for a different town house or apartment. The town house has a loft, a family room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. I want it to feel like my own place/apartment, so I would want someone to use the loft and someone to use the family room. That way we have our own space and if we get something else, I would want to set it up similar. We can get locks on our bedroom doors and we would share just the kitchen. Also, if we set it up like this, as long as we’re paying each month, we can have who ever we want to have over. Just as long as there is open communication about what is going on.
