Retired well known home builder on the Coast. Living in Costa Rica past 9 years. Own the Largest home in Indian Hills (N. Woolmarket) but it is leased for 3 more years. non smoking preferred, need to park one car. I have no visitors. don’t mind animals. I don’t do drama and parties, very easy going. Require private bath. I cook and grill and clean up after myself. I have a Costa Rica phone number and prefer to use wattsapp (it’s free) great credit and monthly payment zero problem. Looking to return to Coast as soon as I sell two cars, house and CD’s mature. Just bored living here, miss the coast and Sea Food!!
