Hello! I am a quiet, but friendly, male in his mid 30’s. I keep my room and living areas clean. I’ve had hard living situations in the past, which has made actually a pretty darn good renter, as I’ve had to learn to be diplomatic…which is a good thing! It’s pretty hard to not get along with me. I’m cool with living my own life, or hanging out and playing games or something. I’m a musician (piano and guitar) ,I read a lot, play games to relax/compete, and have varied interests. Guaranteed income, SSI for now but I’m ready to start working again once I move. I have no car or pets (one day), am single, and looking for work. I’m friendly with all genders/orientations, smoke vapes (not inside), cannabis friendly but not particularly interested in partaking myself. We will get along
