I am looking to move into an apartment by mid to late September. I work in Irvine and would prefer an apartment close by. Most 2 br apartments in this area range from $2300 - $2900, so we would be splitting the rent in half plus utilities.

M or F doesn’t really matter, but I’m looking for a responsible adult that I can sign a lease with.

I might have dogs over, so you must be ok with that as well. If you have a dog to bring (no cats) then they must be potty trained.

I am a very easy going guy and work M-F from 6 am - 3pm. Would prefer someone friendly since we would be sharing the kitchen and living room.
