I am quiet and keep to myself. My job is remote telecommute 90% of time. Require a hardwired internet connection, which if not available, I am willing to pay for a professional installation. Non-smoker, non-drinker. I also require a private bathroom, access washer and dryer, access to kitchen and fridge (i can bring mini fridge if required). Have my own furnishings.
