Hi there, I’m a graduate student, recently moved to Chicago and I want to live in The Shoreham building which located in 400 East South Water Street, Chicago, IL 60601, but its expensive to live in this place alone.

Actually there are many reasons why I chose Shoreham, I will sort some of them:-

• The building is in front of a very beautiful park.
• The area is clean and safe. No homeless and you can walk around anytime even after midnight.
• The GYM is nice.
• Great coffee area with a morning coffee for the residence and free of charge!
• Amazing view to the lake.
• Doormen 24/7.
• Big grocery store (Mariano’s) just in front of the building (less than 1 min walk).
• Downtown is nearby.

My plane is:-

• Rent a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment so everyone has his own privet bedroom and bathroom.
• We share the other parts of the apartment: kitchen, living room, balcony, washer and drier. -The approximate monthly rent per person is 1200$ (not exactly) including utilities.
• Electric bell is not included in the rent, so it is going to be shared between us.
• The lease is one year.
• Move date, is flexible.

I’m looking for someone to live with me there, and here is some information about me:

• 26 years old male.
• I like my playstation for gaming and watch music videos.
• I like to hang out at the weekend and be relaxed at the middle of the week.
