I am 62 female youngster at heart. I use a rollator to get around outside, don’t need as much inside. Can handle a few steps. I am easy going, mind my business but care about others, don’t do drama. Just need a place for me. Non-smoker, (never smoked), no drugs, not a partier. I am very independent, love to laugh, but appreciate my quiet time also. Can you tell me about the steps if any that I would have to navigate? Looking to stay at least three to six months, maybe longer. Retired Federal employee. Returning to Jacksonville this weekend, 10 Aug, have a place for a week. Prefer furnished bedroom. Just bringing clothes. Prefer private bathroom. No auto at this time. Need something convenient to grocery and CVS type store, or Walmart. Will be taking cab back and forth. Reliable and dependable. Clean and neat.
