Hi, I’m looking to rent a quiet room and private bathroom (this is a must) in or near Beverly MA. My dates are flexible but I’m available starting in July. I’m clean and reliable and I don’t smoke or vape anything. I have asthma so I need to live with someone who doesn’t smoke or vape either.

I’m looking for a home that’s more of a quiet zone than a social hub. I’d like to be friends with my roommate if that works out, but absolutely not a requirement. Thanks for reading!
