I currently have an apartment in La Mesa with a month to month lease but I’m definitely interested in moving into a different 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom place. I’ve done some research & found a few great options but I need to team up with someone else in order to make it work.

My budget is around $1,400 per month so if you have a similar budget as me then we could potentially rent a new place together. My current apartment is fully furnished so whoever decided to be my roommate would only really need to have the things to fill their own bedroom & bathroom.

About me: I’m easygoing, open-minded, very clean, quiet, love watching sports & movies, love playing video games from time to time, & I have a pristine renters history. Also, my credit score is in the 800’s. I don’t mess around when it comes to making on-time payments. I don’t have any animals or children either. It would just be me.
