I am friendly, clean, and respectful. I prefer similar- a quiet, clean, and respectful environment with people who also don’t drink or smoke. I work with dogs for a living, and am gone most mornings until early afternoons. Usually keep to myself. I also have an older dog (Cooper 15 years old) who is very sweet, and is people and dog friendly and would enjoy another dog for companionship if there’s already a social resident dog. He can not go up and down stairs due to bad hips/joints etc (he’s old) and so must live on the floor level.
