My name is Luke, i am 26 years old, very clean, easy to get along with, and i am professional in being a solid roommate and being a productive member of society. I am single, have no pets, and no-one that would be coming with me along this journey into a new household. As for keeping clean, paying rent on time, being a team player, and of course always being respectful, my skills are adequate. My profession is- finish carpenter for Sea Pointe Construction based out of Irvine, as the lead finish carpenter, and my hours are normal business hours.
