Hi, future roommate

I am currently residing in Los Angeles, working as an Audio Engineer and Studio Manager. I am looking for a place to stay in Houston for little less than 4 months for a college semester that I have never got to finish. I am 25 years old and have a quite personality. Cleanliness was never a issue for me or for my past roommates. I do not eat smelly food in the house. In the past, I have lived with many different people, and therefore understands the necessity of being very considerate of others who I live with. I am willing to pay the full 4 months rent upfront as well.
