I am looking for a roommate to move in to a 2/2 on June 16th, 2024. Preferrably Hawthorne at New Centre 1st floor for $1427 split in half. I am a responsible, hardworking, independent man with steady income, a high credit score, reliable history of timely payments and strong moral fiber. I am respectful to my peers and compassionate to all. I personally don’t drink or smoke for good reason. Left a lifetime of partying and intoxication behind me. I don’t mind if you drink moderately, but cannot handle more. Focused on work, gym, self-improvement, saving money.
