I’m single, I stay pretty busy and spend a good amount of time outside of the house, and I like my personal space, but with that being said i’m very conscientious when it comes to common areas, and am very considerate to others. I have steady income, and have no issue coming up with money to pay my rent every month. I would prefer not to be on a lease until I am confident that a situation is going to work for the long run.
