Professional dog trainer with no pets looking for a quiet room. Dog training is very taxing physically and all I want to do when I get home is take a shower and go to sleep. No need for a kitchen as I eat all meals out. Must have a clean bathroom (sharing is ok). Don’t need cable as I don’t watch tv either.
