27, full-time career, clean, respectful, and quiet but friendly. Looking for a place to stay for up to a year. I work a lot and am really only home to sleep, eat, and shower. On my days off, I keep to myself for the most part and game. I don’t care if people come over to the house, I just ask to respect my property and room. My move-in date is September 1st, but in all honestly, I’m looking to move in sooner than that. Preferred utilities included with rent and private bathroom. I will buy my own food, beer, etc. I have no pets, no kids, and no drama. Thank you.
