I tend to keep to myself and hang out in my room - had some bad experiences with loud and messy housemates in England, hoping for someone who respects communal spaces. Polite, laid back, respectful of boundaries, and fairly tidy.

Lastly, my long-term partner lives in Canada, and will be staying with me when she’s in the US, so you’d need to be ok with this! She doesn’t take up much space, and she’ll chip in for utility bills and such.
