I’m a senior majoring in Computer Science at California State University, Northridge and I’m looking for a room to rent. I work at Daiso Japan part-time while attending school full-time. I understand the responsibilities a tenant has when renting a room out since I’ve shared a room with two other people. This experience has taught me how to respect other tenants’ space and privacy while also doing my best to keep a friendly environment. As a tenant, I’ve always believed that it is my responsibility to pay rent when it’s due and also keep a good relationship with my landlord. Some of my hobbies include watching and playing basketball, reading, and coding during my spare time.
