I am a working with a stable job, and I also game and stream as an additional source of income. I always make sure my bills and responsibilities come first. I take pride in being reliable and financially responsible. I do have one cat who is very important to me. He is well cared for, and I am a responsible pet owner.  I am more than happy to comply with any pet policies, deposits, or agreements you may require. I’m currently in a difficult housing situation after recently getting out of a bad relationship. I am still temporarily living in the same space, but I need to move as soon as possible. Ideally, I’m looking for something close to my workplace to make the transition smoother. If you need references, proof of income, or any additional information, I would be glad to provide it.
