Hi , I am a 40 year old male focused on my professional career. I am friendly , respectfully , tidey , and out going.

My current roommate is in the army. She has received notice that she is to deploy to Gemany soon. I am not interested in taking over the lease because it is simply more house than I need for just me.

As a opperations Director I oversee multiple locations. This currently requires me to be out of town 2 , and sometimes 3 weeks a month. When I am in town I work 50 plus , sometimes 60 plus hours a week , Monday through Friday. I’m am an active person and on the weekends I tend to do outdoor activities like hiking , fishing, camping , or visit family and friends in my hometown of Houston. So you can assume I will not be home a lot.

I am clean and tidy. I do not have a lot of material items, so I will not be bringing a lot of things into the home other than the basics. I’m happy to participate in chores around the house.

I am friendly and outgoing but do not throw parties, and will seldom have any company over at all. I am currently in a serious long-distance relationship, and trying to save as much money as possible. I am focused on my family and career , and simply do not have a lot of free time.

I have arrangements to move in about a year so I am looking to rent for approximately the next 12 months. I make decent salary so paying rent all time will never be an issue.
