I’ve just moved to the Dallas area to develop a non-profit organization that will help provide funds for worthwhile charities and ministries that are helping the hurting of our society.

I can afford my own place, but, I’m wanting to keep my financial commitments to a minimum to make sure that the organization has plenty of cash to help as many people as possible from the start.

I may also be traveling a good amount; so, a simple room rental in a nice home is perfect.

For your peace of mind, I can send you details and documentation of my background.

PERSONALLY I’m 64 and do my best to conduct myself with courtesy and kindness at all times.

Regarding my needs and use of housing, I:

• Am conservative, respectful and caring, enjoy a good beer or wine with a meal, pleasantly friendly and not overbearing.

• Am very neat and clean.

• Eat extremely healthy and light; almost gourmet, and am happy to share my chef skills on occasion (no charge).

• Have beautiful office facilities, but need the flexibility to work out of my room/home office when needed. It’s just work on computer, and I have headsets, so it’s relatively silent; I do need reasonable Internet access.

• I’m a non-issue type of guy and should be far too busy working to waste time with any complicated relationships, so nothing to concern yourself with about any kind of drama with people coming over.

I’m looking for somewhere with move-in availability by July 15, and I’m available daily to view properties.

I definitely want a nice private room and bathroom to keep my things organized and out of everyone else’s way.

Northeast Dallas, especially if close to Lake Ray Hubbard, would be optimal.
